Payment, Shipping and Returns

Prices at Craftnmore are in Australian Dollars.

Credit Card payments made via Paypal or Paymate give a secure transaction, where credit card details are not passed on to craftnmore.

Direct Bank Deposit is accepted from Australian customers only.

Australia Post is used to deliver your purchases by regular post, if you wish to use the express or registered service an extra charge will apply.

Once payment has been processed we will endeavor to post your goods within 48 hours unless otherwise advised. You will be emailed to advise you when your goods are on the way.

Delivery times fluctuate; however expect your purchases within 7 days.
Occasionally delays will occur with Australia Post deliveries; and this is out of our control.

Craftnmore cannot be responsible for Australia Post deliveries or handling, but will help with any lost/delayed deliveries.
Registered Post is recommended to ensure the safe delivery of your Purchases.

We endeavor to describe and represent out products accurately by description and pictures. Please choose carefully and email if further information is needed, as items cannot be returned because of change of mind or wrong decision on your behalf. Items are individually checked before postage and we do-not take responsibility if items are damaged through the post.

If you wish to return an item please contact us via email and quote your invoice number along with the reason for return. Once this is received and approved we will contact you with return confirmation. Returns may only be made within 14 days.  Feel free to contact us should you have any problems with your purchases.

Returns will be accepted if an item is faulty. Items must be returned in original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage return to Craftnmore, however return to customer will be the responsibility of Craftnmore.

Once we have received the returned item/s, we will email you within 48 hours. All returned items must be accompanied with your name and email address and copy of receipts. We will not be held accountable for delays should return information not be enclosed with returned item.
